Ant Anstead revealed he has joined a “breakup recovery” program after news broke that he and wife Christina Anstead split after less than two years of marriage.
On Sunday, the British television host, 41, shared a post on his Instagram Story about the five-week “Breakup Recovery” program from the company Create the Love, which touts itself as a brand to help people “design the life and love (they’ve) longed for.”
The recovery course trumpets that, “It’s time to take control of your life. Look, you’re here. You’re heartbroken, and now, you get to decide: Let this heartbreak and ex steer the course of your life and hold you back from love, OR, take 100% control of your life and decide that this is going to be the moment where everything changed.”
Anstead wrote that he’s on day 30 of the program and said “it’s been a lifeline” for him.
“If anyone out there needs this DO IT!” he enthused, sharing a swipe up link to the website.
Anstead also took part in a three-day faith-based program called Rise Up Kings, which he described as “intense” but “awesome.”
The website calls itself a “brotherhood of successful businessmen who want to keep their faith, family, fitness & finances to the next level, while keeping God at the center of their life.”
Last month, Christina, who first gained fame starring opposite first husband Tarek El Moussa on HGTV’s “Flip or Flop,” announced via Instagram that she and Anstead had “made the difficult decision to separate.”
The pair began dating in the fall of 2017 and got married a little over a year later. They welcomed a son named Hudson in September 2019.
Hudson joined Christina’s two children with El Moussa, son Brayden James, 5, and daughter Taylor Reese, 10, while Ant has two children from his previous marriage.
“Anyone who really knows me knows that I don’t like to share private matters publicly,” Ant wrote of the couple’s split. “I have remained silent while holding on to hope. I never gave up on us. I pray Christina’s decision brings her happiness.”
Meanwhile, Christina seems to be cruising along. Earlier this month she shared a photo of herself next to a newly purchased yacht named Aftermath.
