A DIY fan transformed her kitchen with a £20 pot of paint from B&Q.
She used a foam roller to turn her units a vampy shade of black and added leather handles for an extra touch of luxury.
The wooden flooring was also switched out with bargain geometric tiles, which have a stylish marble finish.
As well as this, botanical wallpaper was covered in dark panelling.
And for a final flourish the table and chair set was replaced by a more rustic alternative.
Sleek brown chairs and a wooden bench gave the room a more modern feel – and we can’t get enough of the finished results.

She wrote: “Wanted to share our DIY kitchen renovation if anybody’s thinking of painting their kitchen units!
“Painted units using B&Q own cabinet paint for £20 and cheap 25p metro tiles meant we could spend a bit more on the leather handles.
“We also added panelling ourselves and built the shelving unit and hidden door to hide the randomly placed electric box in the middle of the wall!
“Black isn’t for everybody but we love it!”
The Facebook post racked up dozens of likes – and many praised the DIYer for her handiwork.
