Hailey Bieber looked back on her “lowest” point, recalling a time when she didn’t want “to be here anymore.”

The model’s mindset became “really dark” in the past, she told “Call Her Daddy” podcast host Alexandra Cooper when asked about her “lowest moment” in Wednesday’s episode.

“You can start having thoughts of it not being worth it anymore or not wanting to be here anymore, which I have had before in the past,” Bieber, 25, explained.

“Coming out of that, I think a support system is the most important thing, for sure,” the former “Drop the Mic” co-host continued. “Sometimes I don’t think we can comprehend [those thoughts] on our own.”

Bieber stressed the importance of being able to “express” those views instead of handling them alone.

“You need to go to someone who is going to feel safe for you and support you in those thoughts, not make you feel like you’re crazy or that you’re wrong for feeling dark and deep and heavy,” she said, noting that her own self-talk often has the opposite effect.

“[I tell myself that] I don’t get to feel that way because I have an amazing life,” the former ballet dancer said. “My dialogue in my head feels like, ‘Get the f–k over it.’”

Bieber, who is trying to be “more gentle with” herself, didn’t hold back in the rest of the bombshell interview, addressing her and her husband Justin Bieber’s sex life as well as his past romance with Selena Gomez.
