England prop Joe Marler was involved in perhaps the most bizarre moment of this year’s Six Nations tournament after he was spotted grabbing the penis of Wales captain Alun Wyn Jones.
The incident, which wasn’t spotted by referee Ben O’Keefe, occurred during a fractious and frenetic opening at Twickenham.
O’Keefe was attempting to diffuse a melee which broke out after Owen Farrell had been penalised for shoving an opposition player.
As the two packs squared up to one another, Marler barged into the towering Wyn Jones, before grabbing his appendage while looking in the opposite direction.
