Kate Middleton donned a rare casual outfit to get her first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine last week at London’s Science Museum, pairing a white ribbed off-the-shoulder T-shirt from H&M with & Other Stories jeans ($89).

The Duchess of Cambridge, 39, first sported the classic tee in 2016; while the $34.95 style is now sold out, a similar H&M top is currently on sale for just $7.99.

While the royal seldom dresses down and is usually spotted in coat dresses and skirt suits, she’s long been a fan of affordable staples from high street stores.

In addition to H&M and its sister brand & Other Stories, she’s also been spotted in looks from Zara, Topshop, ASOS and Gap.

“I’m hugely grateful to everyone who is playing a part in the [vaccine] rollout — thank you for everything you are doing,” Middleton, who also wore a blue face mask to get her jab, wrote on Instagram.

The Duchess’ husband, Prince William, received his first dose the week prior at the same venue; Prince Charles and wife Camilla were vaccinated earlier this year, as was the Queen.
