Mille Court and blonde hair go together like peanut butter and jam. In fact, we can’t remember ever seeing the Love Island winner without her signature blonde colour, despite often switching between long and short styles.
Now, however, Millie has shown us exactly what she looks like with brunette hair – and it seems she isn’t keen on the results. The 25 year old just used an editing app to transform herself into a brunette, posting the results to her Instagram Stories.
“Some of you guys are telling me to go brunette…gal I was BORN to be a blonde. Always and forever, brown hair is just a no go on me,” she writes adamantly.
Despite Millie looking incredible with the darker hair, we can see why she might want to remain a blonde – it suits her to a tee.
Millie has been busy this past week with promotional activity surrounding the Love Island final. She jetted back to Mallorca with Boots earlier in the week for a screening event where she glammed up for the occasion. The star kindly also posted details of her look on Instagram and on TikTok.
Our favourite look of hers from the week is a hair gem-studded hairstyle which she wore out to a dinner party. She had extensions fitted ahead of the trip to make her mid-length hair much longer, and for the evening she dotted gems in her lengths to give her look some extra sparkle.
Her hairstylistHadley Yates, who jetted out to Spain with her, posted a Reel of the getting ready process which involved a pink gem stamper and a mermaid waver.
“It’s all in the detail. Super loose waves for @milliegracecourt with some stick on gems just because we’re extra. Amazing makeup by @thebeautybom,” he captioned the video.
Millie isn’t the only celeb to be getting involved in the hair gem trend: Love Island hostLaura Whitmorealso got in on the action the other week. The 37 year old’s blonde mane was studded with gems in a very on-trend beauty moment – and Twitter was ablaze with praise for the look.
"What the actual is in @thewhitmore's hair tonight?! Cause I'm gonna need that… All those little sparkles are EVERYTHING!!" one tweeted, as another agreed, "Laura always looks immaculate! Those hair sparkles are sooo cute."
