Carol Vorderman has left her fans with their jaws on the floor after she showed off her impressive squatting skills in a sweaty workout video.
The stunning 62-year-old former Countdown maths whizz took to Instagram on Thursday (March 30) to sharing a video of her gruelling gym workout.
Hailed "hotter than hell" and an "excellent MILF" by fans, Carol's loyal legion of followers couldn't believe their eyes as she squatted and thrusted in the video clip – all while lifting weights.

Wearing some checkered lime green and khaki leggings while working up a sweat, Carol styled her gym look with a matching khaki-hued long-sleeved top.
Accessorising with some neon green trainers, the blonde bombshell wore her hair down as she thrusted and squatted during her gruelling workout.
Carol captioned the post: "Talked about going back to the gym on Lorraine today.
"Following a V V early morning sesh with 'Rise and Shine Sleepy Bears'. @meldeane12 going for the heavier weights and lower reps!!!"
Before concluding with an admission: "I lurve the gym….."
Fans went completely wild in the comments section, with many completely gushing over the sizzling video clip.
"Body of a woman of 25. Stunning," penned one fan.
"Excellent MILF," gushed another.
"OMG Carol. What are you doing to me thrusting like that," added a third, who was clearly taken aback.
Another person simply penned: "Hot body," while a fifth said: "Too hot to handle."
"Carol Phroooowdamen," penned another, while a seventh declared: "Hotter than hell."
Carol is known for her gym-honed figure and toned booty, with the stunning starlet having been awarded Rear of the Year on two separate occasions.
Nine years ago in 2014, Carol received the award for the second time, with her saying: "I always suspected there were a lot of people out there who were glad to see the back of me. It now appears there were even more than I thought."
This comes after it was announced that Carol will be starring in the new series of I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! which will air next month and see former IAC stars head out to South Africa for an all-stars string of episodes.
