Myleene Klass showcased a freaky double-jointed talent that is certainly not for the faint hearted.
The 42-year-old professional piano player took to Instagram to share some behind the scenes action of her Dancing On Ice training, alongside pro-skater Łukasz Różycki.
In the snippet, the TV presenter unveiled her hidden bizarre talent that caused the Polish figure-skater to retch.
The former Hear'Say star was attempting to build up her strength in a bid to prevent her arms from bending during lifts in the competition.
Taking to social media, she showed herself stood in-between a large red frame before trying to lift her body weight using just her arms.
For some the move may appear to be easy, but for Myleene, who looked to be double-jointed, it proved to be quite tricky.
As her feet left the floor, the pressure mounted, causing her arms to pop forward, showing her elbows facing the wrong way.
Captioning the clip, she joked: "Today's challenge. Learn to balance on my bendy arms for lifts."
In the background Lukaz can be heard dry-heaving as Myleene tried hard to prevent her elbows from facing the wrong direction.
She then penned: "Lukaz is off camera," along with puking emojis.
Finding the whole process hilarious Myleene failed to hide her laughter as her pro-partner couldn't watch her extraordinary flexibility.
It isn't the first time that the songstress has freaked out Lukaz with her unusual skill.
Earlier this month, the radio host gleefully took to social media to tell fans that her skate-partner "would no longer touch her arms".
During their practice on the ice, he had no idea that Myleene was gifted with hypermobile joints.
With her elbows bent, she said: "Łukasz just thought I was bending my arm because I've got these, because they do this!
"Now he won't even touch my arm. Touch the arm! Touch the arm!"
Finding it all incredibly funny, the Pure and Simple hitmaker taunted Lukaz to touch her extra bendy arm.
Giving in eventually, he barely stroked her arm before immediately quivering away, which left Myleene in fits of giggles.
She told fans: "Dancing on Ice update… My ice skating partner can't figure out why my back arm keeps bending downwards when we skate!
"I'm hyperextended. Now, he won't even touch them, he's completely freaked out!"
