Toyboy to 72-year-old Ivana Trump, Rossano Rubicondi has died aged 49 to a reported year-long illness.

The model was famously known for being the fourth husband of Trumps.

The news of Rubicondi's death was broke by Italian TV presenter, Simona Ventura on Friday.

She shared the sad news on Twitter.

She wrote: "Rossano… Thanks for the journey we made together, for the good times and the bad, and also the tears and laughter, so many, and everything that we did together.

"Farewell. RiP."

The cause of death has yet to be revealed but has been hinted by the Italian presenter that he "had been ill for a year."

The 49-year-old was toyboy to Trump for six years before the pair got married in April 2008.

When the pair married, he was 36 and Trump was 59-years-old but the pair divorced in 2009 after one year of marriage.

The marriage came 16 years after Ivana divorced former President Donald Trump.

Ivana and Donald were married from 1977 to 1992.

After Ivana and Rossano's divorce, this was not the end of their relationship.

They continued an on-off relationship until 2019 where Ivana announced they had "called it quits."

She told Page Six: '"he relationship just ran its course.

"Rossano spends a lot of time in Italy and I spent a lot of time in New York, Miami, and Saint-Tropez, and he has to work."

"The long-distance relationship really doesn’t work."

She added: "We had a good time and are friends. The split was amicable.'

Rossano had been featured in TV show Professione Fantasma and the film Natale a Beverly Hills.
