He was then seen holding his heads in his hands in pain as Luba quickly rushed over to check that he was alright after the accident as he captioned the Instagram Story: "Just @lubamushtuk elbowing me in the face for the 100th time haha," as Luba quickly hit back on her own story to say it was only three times.
The Emmerdale actor responded: "It shouldn't have happened in the first place haha," as he made a swift recovery from the surprise injury.

As fans shared their fears for Adam's future on the show, the actor took to social media to insist that he was fighting to stay in the competition and would be trying his best on the night.

Last week we were in the dance off and it shook me a little, not gonna lie!! But am glad it happened, I’ve got a lil fire in my belly now… time to step it up!!! Let’s keep dancing baby we got this!!!"
The pair were in the dance-off against Zara McDermott and Vito Coppola last week, but the judges decided it was Zara's turn to go home after several weeks in the bottom two.
