Strictlys Nadiya Bychkova topless for lavish beauty treatment before show

Strictly Come Dancing professional Nadiya Bychkova has posed completely topless for a lavish beauty treatment ahead of Saturday's live show.

Spending Thursday evening (October 20) enjoying a relaxing session ahead of this weekend's antics, the 33-year-old blonde beauty snapped a quick video for her loyal legion of followers.

"Here we are again. My favourite place," the Ukrainian starlet said while lying stomach down on a beauty treatment coach.

She then added: "My legs need this now," as she panned the camera around to show a woman doing an "endospheres" treatment to her calves.

The woman doing the treatment then moved the device up Nadiya's thighs and explained what she was doing.

Nadiya added that her legs felt "sore" which must be from her gruelling dance rehearsal schedule – because even though she was booted off last week with Matt Goss, Nadiya will still dance in the group performances that take place each week.

The blonde beauty then posted a snap of her in a reflection while undergoing "cryotherapy" while standing in just a pair of black briefs with her arms concealing her chest.

Endospheres is a non-invasive treatment that uses vibrations to target the main cause of cellulite, fluid retention and fat build-up.

While cryotherapy, which is also known as cold therapy, can reduce inflammation around your joints and tendons.

This comes after Nadiya and her celebrity dance partner were forced to face off against Kym Marsh and Graziano Di Prima in the dreaded dance off last weekend.

Matt and Nadiya gave it their all as they took to the dancefloor and performed their Jive to All Shook Up by Paul McCartney.

After losing out in the dance off, Matt praised Nadiya when he said: "This lovely lady beside me, a world champion with all the patience. I am very honoured to have danced with you, and everyone who is still in, I love you guys, go smash it guys.”

And Nadiya gushed: "First I’m so grateful that I got to teach and dance with a music icon. But, more important than this, I got the privilege to get to know Matt, for who you really are."

Strictly Come Dancing will continue on Saturday on BBC One and iPlayer.
