Amanda Holden blasts BGT viewers for complaining to Ofcom over boobs

BGT: Amanda Holden addresses rumours

Amanda Holden claimed Britain’s Got Talent viewers have “too much time on their hands” for complaining to broadcast regulator Ofcom about her racy looks on the ITV family show. She complained her fellow judges, Simon Cowell and Bruno Tonioli, show more skin with their shirts undone and begged for fewer Ofcom complaints this year.

New judge Bruno agreed with Amanda insisting Britain’s Got Talent viewers should celebrate her being “a beautiful woman”.

Speaking to press including Express.co.uk, Amanda said of the complaints: “We are leaving the sequins to Bruno this year.

“My God. This is the thing that I have got the problem with. Everyone talks about my t*ts and these two have them out all the time.

“Your shirt is undone and he is stripping off. I am like, no Ofcom complaints about me this year please.”

Jumping to Amanda’s defence, Bruno added: “Don’t complain. If you have got it, flaunt it. You girls have it. Show it off.

“I don’t understand this complaining. It is a beautiful woman. They are beautiful women. What is the problem?”

“It’s nothing,” Amanda laughed. “It is people with too much time on their hands, Bruno.”

Amanda has regularly made headlines when the Britain’s Got Talent live semi-finals have been broadcast with parents complaining her dresses aren’t appropriate for young children tuning in.

In 2017, she caused a social media frenzy when she wore a Julian Macdonald gown slashed to her navel for one live show.

The revealing gown was also backless with the judges struggling to keep her assets secured.

The outfit led to a rush of complaints during the advert break with over 663 complaints made to Ofcom.

At the time, Amanda said the reaction was “hysterical” as she said of the outfit: “I had bits of fish wire underneath my breasts trying to hold that together.

“But, look, I’m from a small-chest family, plus you know I’m 48 years old.

“It’s all quite laughable, but all everyone seems to talk about. It’s been called another national crisis – but, oh no, I will not be covered up.”

Amanda stuck to her word as the following night, she opted for another plunging gown in a floor-length sequinned frock.

Britain’s Got Talent airs Saturday on ITV from 8pm.
