Robby Hayes: Siesta Keys
Bachelor Nation already loves him but now Siesta Key fans will get to know the reality star on season 3, which premieres on Jan. 7, 2020 on MTV.
The casting news might not come as a huge surprise to devoted fans, who know Hayes was briefly romantically linked to Siesta Key star Juliette Porter. Fans will watch their short-lived relationship blossom in the new season, much to the dislike of her friends — and of course, Porter’s ex Alex Kompothecras.
“New cast members invade the scene bringing conflict, heartbreak and deception to the mix,” MTV said of season 3. “Now, the newly-minted crew must learn that taking risks with love and friendship comes with a cost, leaving lovers burned and friendships irreversibly damaged.”

CASSIE RANDOLPH: YOUNG ONCE
In addition to The Bachelor, Randolph — who competed on Bachelor Colton Underwood’s season — also stars in the docuseries Young Once, which is currently in its second season and follows her previous romance with college ex-boyfriend Caelan Tiongson.
In February 2019 — after Tiongson defended Randolph in his own Instagram post — she clarified that Young Once was filmed before she was cast on The Bachelor and set the record straight on any “false rumors.”
“Caelan and I dated all through college and in 2015 we filmed Young Once. A while after our breakup we put our past behind us and became friends again. We share a lot of mutual friends and he is close to my family. We both dated other people and had moved on,” she wrote.
She went on to explain that they once thought about reuniting, but decided to be friends, something that also proved too hard.
However, “over the summer, unexpectedly and out of the blue, we were contacted by [Young Once] and learned they were considering a S2- a follow up on some of the original cast,” she explained. “This again put Caelan and I directly back in each other’s lives as our social circle overlaps. One of the storylines highlighted is our drawn out/complex relationship and the challenges of us staying friends post breakup and whether it is possible or not. We filmed for several weeks prior to Caelan heading to Asia to play pro basketball and before I found out that I was cast for Bachelor.”
According to Randolph, “the timing of everything was completely chance. I care very much about Caelan and I want nothing but the best for him and his life.”

CAMERAN EUBANKS: THE REAL WORLD
We all know Eubanks as the sage, pseudo-mom to Shep and Craig on Bravo’s Southern Charm, but some viewers may recognize the Southern Belle from another reality show: 2005’s The Real World: San Diego. “I have no idea why people bring it up like it was a bad thing,” the real estate agent tweeted of her time on the MTV show. “The worst thing I did was get drunk.”

STASSI SCHROEDER: THE AMAZING RACE
A raven-haired Schroeder got her first taste of reality TV fame when her dad signed her and their family up for The Amazing Race in 2005. Unfortunately, the Schroeder crew did not take home the top prize. “I remember why we lost — because my family didn’t listen to me. Because I’m always right! If they just would’ve listened to me!” she recounted to Entertainment Tonight.
But The Amazing Race wasn’t her only pre-Vanderpump Rules reality TV experience. The fan-favorite Bravo star starred in Queen Bees three years later. The show, which centered on six “mean girls” living under the same roof, was “the biggest mindf— that I’ve ever experienced. I had nightmares for — oh my god, so long after that show,” the former SUR server shared. “That cameras were always filming me and making me be something I’m not. When you’re filmed 24/7, it’s scary. I couldn’t do that again.”

BETHENNY FRANKEL: THE APPRENTICE: MARTHA STEWART
Three years before making her Bravo debut on The Real Housewives of New York City, Frankel competed on The Apprentice: Martha Stewart, on which she came in second place. Despite making it to the final two on the show, Frankel shared on The Late Show in 2015 that the lifestyle guru isn’t very fond of her.
“She doesn’t like me. She never really has. She’s consistent … she’s always been like a parent who I’m trying to get them to love me,” Frankel said of Stewart. “She’s never missed the opportunity to say something negative about me or my products.”

KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN: FILTHY RICH: CATTLE DRIVE
Kim Kardashian may have been the face of Keeping Up with the Kardashians when the show first premiered on E! in 2007, but eldest sister Kourtney was actually the first-ever Kardashian sibling to appear on a reality show. Kourtney joined a group of nine other “rich kids” to work on a farm in 2005’s Filthy Rich: Cattle Drive.

KARAMO BROWN: THE REAL WORLD
A decade before he inspired us to be our best selves on Netflix’s Queer Eye, Brown was the first openly gay African-American male to star on The Real World in its Philadelphia season. “I was 22, and Real World was cool. I’d get drunk and have fun,” Queer Eye‘s Culture Expert recounted to Marie Claire. “It was after the fact, having thousands of people say to me, ‘You were the first time I ever saw myself and made me feel comfortable in who I was. You saved me from suicide.’ Those are the things that humble me and make me feel so proud that I had that experience.”

CHELSEA MEISSNER: SURVIVOR
Four years before joining the cast of Bravo’s Southern Charm, Meissner was a contestant (and finalist!) on season 24 of Survivor back in 2012. “Nothing hateful happened on the show; no one is bitter,” Meissner has said of her Survivor castmates. “[Host] Jeff Probst told us about seasons where they had to separate the cast to keep them from fighting. Our season wasn’t like that. We did everything together.”

BRODY JENNER: PRINCES OF MALIBU
Before The Hills introduced the world to Lauren Conrad’s very handsome, very flirtatious maybe-boyfriend, we first saw Jenner and brother Brandon on the Spencer Pratt-helmed Princes of Malibu, a show that highlighted the brothers’ party-loving lifestyle. Fun fact: the show also featured a cameo from Pratt himself — and a pre-KUWTK Kim Kardashian.

LANDON CLEMENTS: THE HILLS
She may have skipped out on a lead role on the MTV show, but the Southern Charm alumna did make a few appearances as an assistant at Bolthouse Productions, where her IRL friend, Heidi Montag, also worked. “I wasn’t on the show that much because, at the time, I really wanted to build my career,” Clements told Page Six. “I was in my 20s and I wasn’t ready for it.”
