The star was shown in a pair of shades and a long summer day standing under a tree as the sun shone.

She was congratulated by her co-stars, with Call the Midwife and EastEnders actor Cliff Parisi writing: "Congratulations ????."

The child will be Helen's second with her co-star husband Jack Ashton, who plays vicar Tom Hereward in the Sunday night hit.

The pair, who met shooting the show's Christmas special in South Africa, already share a daughter called Wren Ivy.

Their first child, now three, was born in 2017, and arrived so unexpectedly early that she could be at Helen's baby shower.

She told fans: "When your baby turns up early for her own baby shower, welcome to the world little one. What an amazing day, we have the best friends ???."
