CORRIE fans are convinced they have spotted a touching tribute in Monday's instalment of the show.
Viewers of the long-running soap are wondering if Ukraine was in the thoughts of ITV bosses.
During Monday's trip to Weatherfield, Amy Barlow (played by actress Elle Mulvaney) was spotted trying to convince her grandfather Ken (Corrie icon William Roache) to give her the inheritance left to her by her late grandmother Deirdre.
The teen was hoping to use the funds to pay for her university education after cutting all ties with her parents, Tracy and Steve, over her relationship with Jacob.
But before Ken could be cornered by his granddaughter in Roy's Rolls, Coronation Street viewers are adamant they spotted a subtle tribute to Ukraine, a country which is currently ravaged by war.
A small amount of eagle-eyed fans were able to spot the potential Ukraine tribute.

They quickly swarmed over to Twitter as the credits rolled, claiming they saw Ukraine flag colours (blue and yellow) behind the café's food cabinet.
"I was more taken by the subtle Ukraine flag colours behind the pie", one viewer noted.
A second Coronation Street viewer replied with: "Same."
While Roy (played by David Neilson) is known for his social conscience, the tribute to Ukraine isn't known to be intentional.

The owner of Roy's Rolls is known for his big heart and warm personality – as well as his beige overcoat and socially awkward behaviour.
Roy is one of Corrie's biggest stalwarts and left fans heartbroken when he left the programme in November, 2021.
Over the years, he has been to take in any damaged character he could under his wing.
These include Becky McDonald, Fiz Stape, Shona Platt, Carla Connor (with whom he bonded following the death of his wife Hayley), and Anna Windass.
One of his most heartwarming relationships, however, is the one he shares with his niece Nina Lucas.
He has recently been supporting her throughout her battle with anxiety.
