CORONATION Street favourite Bev Callard looked completely different from her glam character as she got stuck into some DIY.
The Liz McDonald actress, 65 – who quit the ITV soap in 2019 – is renovating a boat and took to her Instagram page to show the shell of the vessel.
Bev swapped her character's daring leopard-print wardrobe and heels for a hoodie and a make-up free complexion as she proudly showed off her purchase.
She pulled her hair back into a ponytail and wore paint-stained trainers as she got stuck into her latest project.
The boat is currently moored on the picturesque Norfolk Broads.
Bev wrote in her lengthy caption: "So here we are… so much has been done since we’ve last updated you! We’ve been busy!

Recently Bev shared a cheeky snap showing her naked in bed with her husband John.
The snap came after it was revealed she's got a new side hustle teaching fitness.
The actress does the new gig for free, and instead just asks local women donate £5 a session to charity.
Beverley is well known for being a fitness fanatic and previously released workout videos and even taught classes at the height of her fame.
And now Bev is back to doing what she loves after moving to Norfolk with her husband.
She told OK! Magazine: "So about six weeks into our move to Norfolk, I said to Jon, ‘Right, I’m going to start teaching again.’ I posted an ad on the local village Facebook group, saying I was looking for 25 feisty women to take part in my class.
“It didn’t matter what age they were, what shape they were or their fitness level. I’m not into teaching a class full of stick insects. I just wanted real women.
