Eagle-eyed EastEnders fans weren't too keen on the realism and "emotional impact" displayed on Monday night, after police man Fitzy was stabbed randomly during the final scene of the show.
Several fans believed the dramatic scene came across unrealistic and felt it was strange that a police man who wore a vest still managed to get stabbed in the chest.
Taking their views to Twitter, one fan penned: " #EastEnders something very wrong with how that stabbing was filmed – there's definitely a sound effect missing? It has no emotional impact."
While another said: "I thought they always wore a stab vest?"
A third asked: "What was Fitsy’s stabbing proof vest made of?"
