Gemma Collins made a dramatic return to Dancing on Ice on Sunday night, two years after she competed on the show.

Gemma starred on the show back in 2019, where she skated alongside professional Matt Evers and suffered some dramatic falls.

The 39 year old appeared once again on the ITV show on Sunday night as she introduced the competition.

In typical Gemma style, she was lowered down from the ceiling of the Dancing on Ice studio on a hoop, before she told viewers about the competition they can enter to win a huge cash prize.

The former TOWIE star wore a sequinned pink gown which featured feathers at the end of the sleeves.

She wore her long blonde hair down in loose waves and also wore a turban with a jewel on it, along with a face of stunning make-up.

Hosts Holly and Phil were delighted to have Gemma back on Dancing on Ice, recalling her appearance and infamous fall during the show back in 2019.

Hours before taking to the ice, Gemma had confirmed her return to the ITV show.

Gemma filmed herself on the way to the studios in the car as she said: “Just heading into Dancing On Ice… I make an appearance, can’t tell you what yet.”

She wrote over the video: “Lovely snow en route to @DancingOnIce. It’s going to be a great show tonight guys make sure you watch.”

She also told her fans that she was worried about being stranded at the studio in Hertfordshire thanks to the heavy snowfall.

She said: “Will I get out of Dancing On Ice studios tonight? Will I ever get home? This is just unbelievable.”

Gemma also shared glimpses from inside the studio as she winked for the camera while having her glam done.

Gemma's return to the show came before Myleene Klass was the first celebrity to be eliminated.

The classical musician and former Hear'Say singer was unanimously voted off by judges on Sunday night alongside her skating partner Lukasz Rozycki.
