GOGGLEBOX sparked fear that fan favourites have secretly quit the show tonight after they were mysterious absent from the latest instalment.
Concerned viewers flocked to Twitter in a panic to ask after best friends Jenny Newby and Lee Riley, who did not feature all evening.
The pals have been series regulars since they joined the Channel 4 series back in 2014, and are incredibly popular with fans at home.
They have been so committed to the show that Jenny even moved into Lee's caravan last year so that they could continue filming while abiding to the government's lockdown rules amid the pandemic.
But tonight, they'd disappeared from our screens for seemingly no reason – and viewers weren't going to take it laying down.
Taking to social media, one wrote: "Having a strop tonight!! Missing Lee and Jenny".
Another echoed: "Just me who’s thinking where on earth Jenny and Lee are??"
A third exclaimed: "Jenny and Lee haven't quit, right?!"

A fourth asked: "Ermmmmm so Where's Lee & Jenny? Not the same without them."
In a further worrying twist, the pair haven't posted about their absence on their normally-active social media page.
They usually update fans on filming for the upcoming episodes each week via Instagram, and have failed to explain their absence to fans.
However, earlier this week Lee suggested that he is in Cyprus visiting his partner Steve as he wished him a happy birthday.
Sharing a sun-soaked selfie, the TV favourite wrote: "A big happy birthday Steve ♥️ now lets celebrate?? the Cyprus way ?????"
It is likely that he and Jenny are only absent due to the trip, and will be back on our screens in no time.
In their absence, Gogglebox tonight introduced newcomers Simon and Jane, who are brother and sister.
