Fred Sirieix is enjoying the taste of luxury once again as he relaxes in Australia after leaving the I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! jungle.
The TV personality, 51, was the third campmate to leave the show this week and appears happy to be back to civilisation, sharing a snap to Instagram as he kicked back in a jacuzzi bath filled with bubbles.
With Fred grinning from ear to ear, the Gold Coast backdrop could be seen behind him in the full-length window walls as the sun beamed in.
He captioned: "Gone are the smells of cockroaches, rats, smoke, sweat, fish guts, blood, animal organs and rotten fruits. It’s good to be back! x"
Fred's physique could also be seen in the snap, which was shared to his 928K followers, after he lost five kilos while on the show due to the lack of food.
He said upon leaving: " I was 76.6 kilos when I went in, I was the fittest I have ever been, physically and psychologically – I have trained and prepared for this. The focus has balanced me out in a way I have never been before in my life.
"In the jungle, because you are on rice and beans, first I lost a lot of fat but I lost a bit of muscle as well. But the muscle quality has gone up because I was very physically active. I lost 5 kilos (11lbs) I am so fit."
During his time in the jungle, Fred clashed with some of his famous campmates – including YouTuber Nella Rose and This Morning presenter Josie Gibson.
At the beginning, trained chef Fred was at the helm of the camp cooking responsibilities, which were then overtaken by Josie. Unhappy with the shift, Fred was then seen giving his fair share of unsolicited cooking advice to the presenter – causing tension.
But holding his hands up after leaving the show, Fred admitted that he should have 'taken a step back' and even revealed that he had been 'told off' by his mother over the tiffs.
"She [his mother] said to me 'Frederick' – she calls me that when she's upset – what did you do with Josie? Why were you telling her what to do? What was going through your mind?"
Fred then shared that his mother called his behaviour "unacceptable," and warned him not to repeat his actions."
