Vicky Pattison remarked: “Absolutely LUSH ?”, while Rochelle Humes added: “The best mama.”

During her appearance on the talk show, Kate admitted she was “naïve” when it came to taking on the role of step mum to Rio’s children Lorenz, 15, Tate, 13, and 10-year-old Tia.

She told the panel: “I was quite naive stepping into it. I thought I’d be fine. I didn’t really take into consideration the dynamics.”

She went on to add: “I’ve learned that I am very resilient and that to have a big heart can get you quite far in life.”

Kate also discussed how she navigates Mother's Day, saying she is “trying to balance those emotions when everyone in my house has had such a big loss” following not only the deaths of the children's mother but Rio's mum Janice as well.

The former reality star went on to share she’s learning to be less hard on herself, and has therapy “as and when” – and how she’s combatting her “mum guilt”.
