Katie Price signs six figure deal for book about her life after warning 7th autobiography will be ‘explosive’

KATIE Price has been promising fans a seventh book detailing her crazy life since her last autobiography release in 2016.

But the wait is finally over as the former glamour model is said to have signed a six-figure deal to write her "explosive" new volume.

Katie, 42, has topped the best seller list with novels detailing the ups and downs of her life since the release of her first book, Angel, in 2006.

Since then, the mum-of-five has gone on to write six autobiographies, with the last – detailing her relationship with ex Kieran Hayler – released in 2016.

While fans have been eagerly awaiting the seventh instalment – sources have confirmed that the wait is over as Katie has signed a six-figure deal.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun Online, a book insider said: "Katie's really excited about this latest deal. It'll be about her life, but she's warned friends it's not exactly an autobiography like the ones in the past."

Not wanting to give away the juicy details the source teased of the upcoming release: "It'll tell readers a lot they don't know about her."

Katie's representative also confirmed the news, saying: "A reveal will follow soon."

It comes after the media personality said her first tell-all book in five years is going to be "sensational" to her YouTube channel viewers.

Holding up her last autobiography, Reborn, Katie told fans: "My most sensational autobiography yet. That's what it was then.

"But I'm telling you now, my next book – I haven't done a book for four years, nearly five years – Jesus, that will be explosive."

The Sun exclusively revealed in January that Katie is writing the book to set the record straight on 2019 – which she called her "nightmare" year.

The book will see her talk openly about her financial struggles and bankruptcy woes, as well as what she really thinks of ex-boyfriends Charles Drury, and former fiancé Kris Boyson.

Plenty has happened since Katie's last book came out, including filing for divorce from Kieran Hayler – who she married in 2013.

The couple, who share children Jett, seven, and Bunny, six, split for good in May 2018 after she accused him of cheating with best pal Jane Pountney.

Katie was in for further heartache later that year, as her beloved mum Amy was tragically diagnosed with a terminal lung condition.

Then she was held at gunpoint with her kids during a holiday to South Africa – as well as splitting from former fiancé Kris.

Katie has promised to "expose Kris Boyson" in a chapter of the novel, who she branded a "fame hungry t***" last year in a savage Instagram rant.

A source told The Sun Online at the time: "Katie's furious and has already started making notes on what she wants to go into in the next book.

"She's saying Kris will get a whole chapter and she'll tell people what he's 'really' like behind the scenes."

A rep for the star confirmed: "Katie will be revealing all in her next autobiography, this will be an epic cover to cover read, from her divorce to Kieran to her time spent rebuilding her life in the Priory, and indeed the chapter on Kris Boyson."

Since then, Katie has found love with a new man, Carl Woods, who she plans to marry in a ceremony like none other before.

Sure to feature in the upcoming book, the 31-year-old car dealer and Katie are currently trying for a baby, having taken two baby-making holidays to Portugal.

The star is said to be planning on calling her baby Lisbon after the country's capital city if she achieves her aim of conceiving there.

A source told new! magazine: "After their holiday in Portugal, she's holding on to hope that she could be pregnant."

"She's even joked that if she is, they'll name the baby something like Lisbon after the holiday!"

Although the star has previously discussed undergoing IVF, sources close to Katie have said that she is still holding out hope to fall pregnant naturally.

Earlier this month, Katie told The Sun that she will turn to IVF to have two children with Carl as she races to get pregnant so her terminally ill mum Amy can meet her grandkids.
