KOURTNEY Kardashian has come under fire after posting a picture of her daughter, Penelope's new makeover.
The 42-year-old reality star posted a snap of Penelope sporting a brand new hairdo with red-dyed locks.
Kourtney, who is currently dating Blink 182 drummer, Travis Barker, took to Instagram to post the cute picture of her only daughter to her 139 million followers.
She captioned the post "❤️???????" with the series of red themed emojis, commemorating Penelope's new do.
Many fans of the Kardashians weren't impressed though, believing it was reckless of the star to dye her daughter's hair, given her age.
One incensed fan wrote, "You let her dye her hair? Kind of weird".
Others commented in concern for the young Kardashian kid's hair, debating whether or not the look was created with temporary dye.
"So pretty but I hope it's the temporary spray. She has beautiful hair already."
"y???? That's all I can say… y?? She's too young for that"
"Is that a wig ? I hope so, this is so bad for your hair".
Fans believed it was inappropriate and hypocritical, given the family's stance on sweet treats and healthy eating.
"What?? You don't let them eat candy but you color their hair".
Other fans thought that Penelope resembled her mom's boyfriend with a new look, labeling her a "rocker".
"She looks like Ariel from the little mermaid!" one wrote.
The 42-year-old took to Instagram to share the unretouched pic of her rocking a yellow two piece swimsuit.
Kourtney also debuted her new haircut this month, pairing a strapless top with high-waisted cutout matching bottoms baring her thighs and belly.
She captioned the snap: "Trying on bikinis after reading the @poosh story on 2021 swimsuit trends"
