LOUISE Redknapp has wished her son Charley a happy 17th birthday with a series of pictures of them together.
The 46-year-old – who shares the teen, and other son Beau, with her ex husband Jamie – described him as her “sunshine” in a touching caption.
Alongside the snaps of them posing up over the years, the singer wrote: “To my big boy @charleyredknapp you are my absolute sunshine I’m so proud of the man you’re becoming and I love how strong our bond is.
“I love you so much more than words can describe. I hope you have the best day Happy 17th Birthday Love Mum Xxx ❤️?❤️.”
A host of celebrities rushed to comment on the post, with Daisy Lowe wishing Charley a great day too.
Kate Thornton wrote: “Wow Lou! Where have the years gone! Happy Birthday ?.”
While her former Eternal banmate Kele Bryan added: “Happy birthday Charley wow cannot believe how much he has grown.❤️❤️❤️❤️”
Louise and Jamie divorced in December 2017 after 19 years of marriage, and share custody of their two boys.
Jamie has since moved on with model girlfriend Frida Andersson, and the couple are expecting their first baby together.
Louise previously revealed that her sons were keen for her meet someone else and Charley has been giving her advice.
In her recent book, she wrote: “I was talking to Charley one day about how I’d met a guy who wanted to bring the conversation over to Snapchat, and immediately he was like, ‘Mum, no’.
“Apparently, the only reason you want to Snapchat is if you’ve already got a partner or you just want to share explicit photos.
"Who knew I’d be getting dating advice from my son?”
