Outlander season five saw Claire Fraser (played by Caitriona Balfe) reveal the truth about her being from the future to a few more characters. However, before season six, some fans may be wondering exactly who knows Claire is a time traveller on the show
Who knows Claire Fraser is from the future?
Claire first made her journey through the stones in season one of Outlander, landing in 1743.
Over the seasons since, the character has made two journeys back and forth from her original time period to the past.
However, despite the unexplained absences this caused, not everyone is aware she actually has the ability to time travel.
Before the series returns for an upcoming season six, here is a look at who knows the truth about her on the show.

Gellis Duncan
The first person to suspect and actually find out the truth about Claire being from the future is Gellis Duncan (Lotte Verbeek).
This is because as a fellow time traveller herself, she spotted some clues before finally working it out when they were both put on trial as witches.
Jamie Fraser
Claire also soon revealed the truth about her time travel to her husband Jamie Fraser (Sam Heughan).
After Claire is put on trial as a witch, she tells Jamie what really happened, which led him to vow to help her return to the present.
In one of the most romantic scenes of the whole series, she decides to stay with him in the past and start her life there.
Murtagh Fitzgibbons
Jamie’s godfather and companion Murtagh Fitzgibbons (Duncan Lacroix) finds out Claire is from the future in season two.
After harbouring suspicions, Jamie told him the truth when they were travelling to France.
Roger MacKenzie and Brianna MacKenzie
Brianna MacKenzie (Sophie Skelton) learns the truth about her mother when she reveals who her father really is.
Later Brianna and her husband Roger MacKenzie (Richard Rankin) both travel through the stones themselves landing in the 1770s.
Frank Randall
When Claire returned to the 1940s pregnant, she told her story in full to her husband Frank Randall (Tobias Menzies).
He agreed to raise the child as his own and seemingly believed her story as well.

Young Ian
Young Ian (John Bell) finally found out Claire was from the future in season five of the show when he returned to Fraser’s Ridge.
In episode 11 she told him: “Ian I come from another time. I come from the future, 200 years from now.
In response, he said: “Aye, I knew you were a fairy auntie.”
Wendigo Donner
The final person who learned the truth about Claire in season six was Wendigo Donner (Brennan Martin) who was a time traveller himself.
He introduced himself to her when she was being held captive by Lionel Brown (Ned Dennehy) and his men, referencing Ringo Starr before revealing he was among Otter Tooth’s (Trevor Carroll) interdimensional travellers.
However, it is not clear whether Donner was among those who were killed by Jamie following Claire’s rape.
