RYLAN Clark fans are used to seeing the presenter looking slick and groomed on telly.
But the BBC radio host and TV favourite, 33, gave his followers a shock this morning when he shared how his locks look first thing in the morning.
Posting the candid snap on instagram, the likeable star's raven locks were all big and spikey after a night tossing and turning on his pillow.
The Essex boy seemed as surprised by his messy mane as his devotees were, captioning the picture: "I don't know what happens when I sleep but every morning without fail my hairs ends up like this."
As the day went on, the former X Factor contestant was clearly still having a bit of a bad hair day.
As he posted to instagram this afternoon, he was wearing a black cap over his distressed tresses while he soaked up the sunny weather.
