Some Saturday Kitchen fans were left disappointed this weekend after usual presenter Matt Tebbutt took a much-needed break from the BBC One show.
During the popular morning show, fellow chef Anna Haugh stepped in for the 48 year old while he jetted off the France for a luxury skiing holiday.
Viewers up and down shared their disappointment at the missing TV hunk as the Irish belle welcomed James Morrison, Marcus Wareing, Marya McCartney and Helen McGinn onto the show.
And the blonde bombshell didn’t waste any time in taking a subtle dig at the absent star, as she explained his break at the start of the show.
With a beaming smile on her face, the starlet welcomed viewers to the programme as she shared what was on offer throughout the show.
She said: “Good morning whilst Matt is skiving off frolicking in the French Alps, I'm here to keep you warm with 90 minutes of delicious food.”
Some viewers were keen for Matt's return as they took to Twitter to share their thoughts.
One user pointed out:"#SaturdayKitchen She couldn't wait to have a dig at Matt.. Even though he's not there.."
Another wrote: "@Anna is no Matt Tebbster. Quite frankly #SaturdayKitchen." as a third complained: "If I was the celebrity guest and rocked up to find no Matt Tebbutt I'd be straight off."
One fan of the show begged: "Come back Matt and his tight fitting shirts quickly" as another moaned: "First no Dave Growl now no Matt [crying emoji] #SaturdayKitchen."
However, many viewers were happy with the TV shake-up as they praised the MasterChef star on the show.
One added: "Loving #SaturdayKitchen this morning and wonderful to see fellow Dublin woman, the wonderful Anna Haugh hosting."
Another viewer agreed: "Anna one of my favourite TV Chef favourites so pleased about this. #SaturdayKitchen."
A third chimed in with: "Possibly this is Anna's first go at presenting so she's doing really well, it must be nerve wracking #SaturdayKitchen Go Anna!."
It comes after Matt Tebbutt announced Foo Fighters' frontman Dave Grohl had pulled out of Saturday Kitchen following the aftermath of Storm Eunice.
Taking his place was a "very last minute" guest switch-up Bastille singer Dan Smith as Matt informed BBC viewers about the star's absence on the show.
He explained: "Our special guest today was supposed to be the legendary Dave Growl, unfortunately, thanks to Storm Eunice, Dave is stuck in LA.
"Thankfully, at the last minute, and I really mean the last minute, the lead singer of the brilliant Brit Award-winning band Bastille has come to save the day and I could not be happier that he is here, please welcome the brilliant Dan Smith."
