Peri Lomax (Ruby O’Donnell) jumps to the wrong conclusion in Hollyoaks next week, as she suspects girlfriend Juliet Nightingale (Niamh Blackshaw) is cheating on her with Sid Sumner (Billy Price).
Oh Peri!
The young woman has been enjoying spending time in Juliet’s company, after she was released from prison two months ago.
Her bubble is burst next week, however, as one thing leads to another, and conflict arises as a result.
Yazz Maalik (Haiesha Mistry) is eager to interview both Peri and Juliet, believing them to the be ideal candidates for what she’s working on.
Peri and Juliet aren’t keen, but Yazz – unwilling to take no for an answer – hatches a plan to get what she needs, as she quizzes them during a game of truth or dare!
The journalist’s plan soon becomes apparent, however, and Peri and Juliet are certainly not pleased. That is, until Yazz explains the reason why she is trying to raise money.
Afterwards, Juliet and Peri reconsider and agree to take part, but conflict is aplenty once more, as Juliet is left offended by one of the questions posed during the interview.
Peri is desperate to rectify the situation, as she wants nothing more than her best friend and girlfriend to get along.
However, she catches Juliet out in a lie, and jumps to a conclusion – assuming that her lover is dealing drugs once again!
And that’s not even the biggest assumption she makes during the week in question!

With animosity aplenty between Juliet and Peri, Sid offers to help them patch things up, setting in motion a romantic surprise.
Peri, however, yet again gets the wrong end of the stick – and thinks that she’s caught Sid and Juliet having an affair!
Will they be able to convince her otherwise?
Hollyoaks airs these scenes Wednesday May 12 at 7pm on E4.
