Spoilers: Cain murders Will in Emmerdale after devastating betrayal?

There are few words that could describe just how fuming Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) was as tonight’s edition of Emmerdale came to an end, as he discovered that Will Taylor (Dean Andrews) had stolen the 4×4 — the very same 4×4 the legend was hoping to use as leverage over Malone.

Cain arrived at Harriet’s (Katherine Dow Blyton) during tonight’s episode, as he attempted to make Will see sense over the whole Malone situation.

However, Will was refusing to budge on the subject — claiming that Malone isn’t the sort of guy that you’d want to mess with, therefore he’d rather carry out dodgy requests on the copper’s behalf if it meant that his family would remain safe.

Of course, viewers know that the reason Cain and Billy are so calm and collected is due to the fact that they had Malone’s 4×4 in their possession — the very same 4×4 that was used in a crime.

With little support from either Cain or Billy, Will had a panic attack following another visit from Malone — one where the dodgy detective indirectly threatened Lucas.

Billy found Will in a bad way, and — in an effort to ease his suffering and give him some peace — the young lad revealed that he and Cain have leverage on Malone.

However, Billy’s mistake was informing Will of where he and Cain had stored the 4×4, as he soon hightailed out of there, and the penny didn’t drop until it was too late.

Yes, Cain and Billy raced to Wylie’s — where they’d previously stored the vehicle — to find it missing.

With Cain having clarified how Will needed to make a choice between his team and Malone’s, it appears as if the former drug dealer made his decision, and — with Cain on the warpath — it seems as if he made the wrong one!

Cain revealed that Will signed his own death warrant — not mention his and Billy’s in the process if Malone gets wind of what they were up to — so will he seek revenge on Will?

The motive is there, for sure, and we know that Cain is capable.
