Young Hope Stape (Isabella Flanagan) will attend her first therapy session in Coronation Street after setting fire to Alina Pop (Ruxandra Porojnicu) and Tyrone Dobbs’ (Alan Halsall) flat.
Angry and jealous over Alina and her pregnancy, Hope snuck into the flat and set it on fire, unaware Alina was in her bedroom asleep.
After weeks of trouble, Fiz (Jennie McAlpine) decided to take the fall for her daughter, but it didn’t last long as Tyrone told the police the truth.
With youth court behind them, Fiz and Tyrone will take Hope into therapy in the hope it’ll help the young girl with her emotions.
Hope explains to the psychologist how she started the fire because she felt sad when Daddy left and people are always leaving her.
Fiz and Tyrone listen in, heartbroken.
Later, after Tyrone receives some news from Alina, he grows worried about not supporting Hope during this critical time.
If Tyrone prioritises Alina over Hope, how will it impact his daughter’s therapy sessions?
Will Hope’s emotional development issues get worse if she doesn’t have the full support from Fiz and Ty?
