Strictly Come Dancing professional star Dianne Buswell dazzled her fans as she donned a polka dot bikini for a cold shower on TV reality show Freeze The Fear With Wim Hof.
The dancer is one of the contestants on the BBC show, which sees celebs taking on challenges in the extreme cold, under the watchful eye of Dutch motivational speaker Wim – AKA The Iceman.
Teasing the new episode, Dianne shared a snap on Instagram showing her braving an icy shower in a teeny swimsuit.
She looked stunning in the picture, with her dynamite body poured into the black and white polka dot bikini and her killer abs on show.
The dancer's long red hair was pulled into a messy bun on the top of her head, with a few tendrils hanging loose over her shoulders.
Her unmade-up face glowed as the chilly water cascaded over her body, leaving her gasping.
Fans loved the shot and littered the comments section with heart and fire emojis.
"Speechless, there are no words!" one of Dianne’s followers posted.
"And I honestly don't know how you did that! Must have been incredible though."
"OMG I am so excited!!" said another. "Can not wait to watch. Cheering you all the way through."

Another gushing social media user penned: "I have really enjoyed your vlogs and also your performance on Strictly as well as Freeze The Fear – keep it up, you're the best and the world would not be the same without you."
"Absolutely amazing to watch what you are going through," said another admirer, adding: "I can't wait to see more."
