EastEnders star Bobby Brazier joins Strictly Come Dancing 2023
Strictly Come Dancing’s Bobby Brazier previously opened up about his relationship with his mother Jade Goody who died from cervical cancer in 2009 when he was just five years old.
Jade was known for her appearances on various Big Brother seasons and entered into a relationship with presenter Jeff Brazier, going on to have two children Bobby and Freddie Brazier.
Now, at 20 years old, Bobby admitted he doesn’t often miss his mum, as he’s spent more of his life without her.
In a previous interview with The Face magazine, Bobby touched upon whether he missed her and admitted: “I don’t.
“Because I don’t feel like I was with her long enough to miss her. I’ve kind of spent more life without her than I did with her.

“I’m always being told that she’s a hero and that she was funny and that people see me in her on a daily basis, which is nice.
”I’m lucky that [her life was] kind of public because it means that I can watch videos when I’m feeling strong enough to watch videos. But sometimes I can’t. I will cry if I do.”
He went on to add how he often thinks about what happened to his mum being “unfair” and that he misses “what could have been”. She died at the age of 27 years old.
“I hear all the time she was such a presence, that she was one of a kind,” he added. “What hurts most is that it wasn’t just losing anyone, it was losing Jade.
