Strictly Come Dancing fans are convinced Nikita Kanda is on the way out as she and Gorka Márquez landed the lowest score of tonight’s show so far.
Nikita could be seen breaking down in tears as the two prepared their difficult routine ahead of this evening’s performance.
As fans took to social media to share their reactions, many of them poured out their love for Nikita – but others were clearly convinced she was on the way out.
28-year-old Nikita and 33-year-old Gorka received the lowest score so far this evening at 21 points.
The judges unanimously saved Nikita and Gorka from the brink of elimination during last week’s show, stating that the pair demonstrated superior performance skill and technical ability and deserved to continue in the competition.

But they might not be able to make another come-back as William Hill Vegas names them the most likely to be booted out.
One fan observed: “Nikita Kanda gets better each week, but is still well off the serious contenders…”
Another added: “Nikita Kanda jive was a little lacklustre wasn’t it huns?”
While a third said: “Nikita Kanda just doesn’t put enough effort into the dance.”
But some fans loved her attitude regardless, with one praising her “determination”.
“Nikita I love you, her determination is brilliant she gives it a go and looks like she’s enjoying it,” they said.
After Nikita and Gorka performed the notoriously tough jive to “Kids in America” from the 1990s cult classic Clueless, some watchers have suggested they may even be getting set up to fail.
One person said: “Nikita and Gorka couldn’t have a worse dance following a dance-off for someone who isn’t naturally a good dancer.”

Also hitting out at the decision, another wrote: “Think they’ve stitched up Gorka good and proper this year.”
One comment read: “I feel like Nikita is being set up for a fall. Two difficult routines for the first two weeks and a horrible song choice for the Charleston.
“I hope she gets through. She isn’t the worst dancer and she shows so much potential. Gorka is a great pro for her.”
