The Chase player has surprise Im A Celeb link after working with Ant and Dec

The Chase contestant revealed a surprise link to I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly.

Paul Dunphy starred on Thursday's episode of the show and revealed his shock connection to the Geordie double act in his introduction chat with TV host Bradley Walsh.

The player went first on the quiz programme and was put up against The Chase legend Anne Hegerty.

Before he played his quickfire round, Bradley was chatting to Paul who was an actor about his past achievements.

This is where he announced that he knew Ant and Dec and had worked with them before on an advert, where he posed as a car salesman.

Paul, a trained actor from Leeds, said: "My most high profile thing was when I was in a series of adverts with And and Dec a few years ago for a car brand."

Bradley then replied: "Oh right, were you the guy selling the car?"

To which Paul nodded and said yes.

The host then added: "I remember it, I remember ya!"

Unfortunately for Paul, he didn't make it past Anne in his first duel with the quizmaster and was sent packing before the first break of the programme.

This comes a day after host Bradley couldn't help but share a cheeky quip to contestant Jen after she revealed she worked as a bra fitter.

The player stated that she worked as a bra fitter for a lingerie brand, which left the Bradley mind-boggled for a moment.

When the TV host asked what Jen does for a living, she said: "I'm a bra fitter," leaving the host staring at the camera as he gave a cheeky smile.

He simply responded: "Okay…" which saw Jen add that she works in a retail lingerie company, before Brad asked what she does in her spare time and how she would spend the money.

She said she makes dresses for her daughter, who is two-years-old, which saw Bradley chirp: "Ooh that's a handful isn't it? It definitely is."

Jen revealed that she is a big fan of anime and would love to take her daughter and her partner to Japan to attend an anime-based theme park.

Taking to Twitter, viewers couldn't help but piece together Brad's comments as they were convinced he had made the comment on purpose.

One user wrote: "Did Brad just say, 'That's a handful!', to the bra-fitter?"

The Chase airs weekdays on ITV at 5pm
