The Masked Singer fans all say the same thing as Jonathan Ross reveals he's been in Hollywood movies

FANS of The Masked Singer were left in shock as Jonathan Ross revealed he has starred in a number of Hollywood movies.

Show host Joel Dommett took to the stage to introduce the panel on Saturday night's episode when he revealed some of the comedian's credits.

Presenter Joel, 36, dropped the bombshell that Jonathan, 61, had a number of movie credits as he detailed some of his impressive achievements.

"The star of Shrek 2 and Spice World The Movie, it's Jonathan Ross," he revealed, pointing towards the broadcaster who smiled into the camera.

Viewers were left shocked to discover that Jonathan had voiced one of the Ugly Sister's in the second Shrek movie, released back in 2004.

"Jonathan, you were in Shrek 2?" Joel asked in shock, as the comedian responded: "I played an Ugly Sister. I've got no idea why they called me for that one?"

Fans of the show took to Twitter to voice their confusion over the admission, as they joked that "stranger things have happened".

"Was Jonathan Ross actually in Shrek? Surely not," one wrote. "I don't see it myself but stranger things have happened."

"Fact: Rossy is the better voice of the ugly sister, better than Larry King! And you can fight me," a second said, as a third concluded: "Mind blown."

Jonathan also starred as himself in 1997 musical comedy Spice World, showing the pop group in a series of fictional scenarios.

It comes shortly after fans noticed tension between Jonathan and his co-star Davina McCall as The Masked singer returned to screens.

Jonathan was trying to figure out who Donut was, and spent time pondering out loud as he listed a number of names.

But as Jonathan was going through some ideas, Davina gave him a bit of a helping hand, much to his frustration.

"Could it be, if you're thinking of the boxing angle, world champion who likes a song, at the end of every match when he wins…could it be," Jonathan started, as Davina completed: "Tyson Fury."

A frustrated Jonathan snapped: "Will you not interrupt me," but Davina was having none of it and clapped back, "it's because you take so long."

Jonathan went on: "You stole my moment, I was trying to get the crowd on side."
