Sonnaz now owns her own company, Sonnaz Limited, which she founded in 2011. According to their website, the company aims “to bring fabulousness and craftsmanship into every space we possibly can”. It continues: “Reupholstery and restoration will always be areas we remain deeply passionate about. They live on to tell stories about their current owners, past generations, long-lost families and all manner of historical backdrops.”
Sonnaz often shares snaps of her work on social media
The talented upholster regularly shares snaps of her projects on Twitter and Instagram, and recently opened up about working on projects during the lockdown. She wrote: “Happy weekend everyone. Aged & still beautiful, this is one of many reasons why we love restoration & reupholstery of antique & treasured items. What are you working on this weekend at home? Face with monocle I don’t know about you, I find so much freedom in creating things.”
