This Morning fans hail Alison Hammond's new slimline look as she poses for stunning snap in green suit

ALISON Hammond looked slimmer than ever as she appeared in a green suit on yesterday’s This Morning.

The 47-year-old hosted the show alongside Dermot O’Leary and wowed viewers with her glam look.


Taking to social media to discuss how great she looked, one person wrote: “Alison you looked amazing today!”

A second added: “Alison Hammond looks amazing  WOW absolutely beautiful 😊❤”

While a third remarked: “Wow! @AlisonHammond looks amazing on #ThisMorning today.. green is deffo her colour 😍💚 @thismorning.”

The star has been very open about her weight battle, previously revealing she weighed 20 stone at her heaviest.

The star said her mother's death from liver and lung cancer in 2020 was a huge motivator in her battle to lose weight, started working out with a personal trainer.

She also teamed up with Weight Watchers, and revealing her weight loss secret, she said: "I didn’t realise that often when I used to snack, it was because I was thirsty. I try to get through at least two litres of water every day now and that makes me feel so much better.

"Secondly, I’m doing a bit more exercise," the presenter added.

"I now have a personal trainer and he’s amazing. I work at my own pace – we do circuits and I absolutely love it."

In October, the 5ft 9ins star revealed her ongoing struggle to lose weight on This Morning.

She said she felt "at the bottom of the pit" in her obesity crisis – and asked for help to "claw" herself out of it.

"You kind of feel like you're at the bottom of the pit and you've got to claw out of it."

Earlier this month, she broke down in tears as she opened up on her weight loss battle during a discussion about obesity.
