This Morning’s Holly Willoughby struggled to hold back tears of laughter live on air after she interviewed a woman who breaks wind for money online.
The 40 year old was left in stitches alongside her co-host Philip Schofield, 58, on the popular ITV talk show as the pair attempted to turn to another bulletin on the show.
The woman in question, Emma Martin, revealed in her morning interview that she makes up to £3,000 a month with her unusual choice of career.
After her online success, the married mother of two shared how she made the decision to hand in her notice as a travel agent to make her business venture her full-time job.
Struggling to keep herself composed, Holly couldn’t help but ask: “Can you fart on command or do you have to work up to it?”
Speaking earnestly, Emma shared the gossip on her new job, saying: “You just have to be yourself and let it come through.”
Unable to stop herself from laughing, Phil concluded the interview as he remarked: “You certainly do that.”

Listening to a fart sound which was blasted around the studio, tears began to stream down her face adding: “It’s amazing, I love it.”
As the crew took some time to compose themselves, Holly reflected on the interview and saying she just couldn’t concentrate as she failed to hold back the laughs, admitting: “I was terrible. Farting is funny though! Hashtag farting is funny.”
Determined to stop Holly from reading out the stories to come before they went to an advert break, Phil, who recently broke social distancing rules live on the show, made a comical farting noise with the back of his hand which set Holly off once more, leaving her unable to read the autocue through the fits of laughter.
Holly made sure to return to the show with a bang after taking a week break from presenting the show to work on a secret project fans think could be her acting debut on the set of Midsomer Murders.
The TV presenter was left in fits of giggles last week only last week as she tried to introduce an item about an unfriendly chihuahua on This Morning, describing the animal behaving like a “haunted Victorian child.”
The talk show host cracked up as she told viewers about the saga over rehoming the dog because of his difficult temperament as the current owner described her family’s life as being “in the grips of the demonic Chihuahua hellscape.”
