Know Your S**t guest star Kira was hailed by doctors for having the "perfect poo" which she trades for medical research.

Hosts identical twins Alana and Lisa MacFarlane spoke to cyclist and "super pooper" Kira who donates her poo for the ‘revolutionary’ technique which strips the faeces of any nasties and transforms it into an edible capsule.

Speaking about her perfect poo, Lana said: "I luckily had a really good upbringing of eating really balanced food, and I was always encouraged to exercise,"

"I was always born to do it!" she jokes.

Kira makes up only 2% of the population that can offer her poo to for the "life-saving" treatment. In an awkward exchange she handed over a parcel of her poo to Dr Blair Merrick who gave more insight on the treatment.

"What we’re looking to do is to take healthy bacterial from the guts of people and give them to people who have a condition, which we think we can make better by introducing that healthy bacteria back into their system," he explained.

The show then displayed clips of poo being broken down into powder form for pills in the clinical trials.

Dr Merrick then added that the typical method used to be a shockingly disturbing "slurry or a liquid preparation."

Fans weren't massively keen on the idea of a 'poop pill', with one taking to Twitter to disregard the idea.

"Popping a poop pill…? Not sure it will catch on…" they wrote.

A second wrote: "We should be grateful it's only been verbally descriptive."

Another was completely shocked by the idea and the look of the pill.

"I didn't actually think the poo pill would contain actual brown powdered poo. I honestly thought they would do some magic with it, derive and produce some white powder from it. But no… Brown powder," they wrote.
