Cardi B Claps Back at Conservative Criticizing Her El Paso Shooting Comments

After one critic suggested she should ‘stick to making music’ instead of talking about politics, the Bodak Yellow hitmaker points out that people can’t ignore the ‘racial war’ that is going on.

AceShowbizCardi B has taken aim at critics who feel she has no place talking about politics following the weekend’s massacres in Texas and Ohio.

The rapper has joined the likes of Rihanna and John Legend in calling for immediate gun law changes in America after almost 30 people were killed in shooting incidents in El Paso and Dayton within 24 hours of each other.

Directly addressing U.S. leader Donald Trump on Sunday (04Aug19), the “Bodak Yellow” hitmaker tweeted: “We have enough information already! Both of the shooters are white supremacist terrorist (sic) with intentions to kill minority’s.”

“Law enforcement took rapid action but what are YOU going to do to control some of your RACIST SUPPORTERS?”.

Cardi B hit back at Donald Trump.

Trump didn’t respond but sent out a separate tweet on Sunday, in which he stated: “The FBI, local and state law enforcement are working together in El Paso and in Dayton, Ohio. Information is rapidly being accumulated in Dayton. Much has already be learned in El Paso. Law enforcement was very rapid in both instances.”

Cardi jumped back on social media when one detractor suggested she should “stick to making music”.

“This is not beyond my scoop (sic) this is my country and I’m tired!” she wrote. “I get it you are a conservative you and you can support who you want but you can’t ignore the slowly but surely racial war that going on in this country that are the reasons of these tragedy (sic).”

Meanwhile, Rihanna demanded immediate action from Trump, writing: “Your country had 2 terrorist attacks back to back hours apart leaving almost 30 innocent people dead… “Imagine a world where it’s easier to get an AK-47 than a VISA! Imagine a world where they build a wall to keep terrorists IN AMERICA!!! Nobody deserves to die like this! NOBODY!”.

And Legend suggested the President’s words have stirred up racial hatred across America: “The President regularly inspires killers. He is a part of the problem,” he tweeted.
