The ‘Donda’ rapper reportedly has to bring the construction of his Malibu beach house to a halt after he lost deals with major brands in the wake of his anti-Semitic and ‘WLM’ controversies.

If a new report is to be believed, Ye was forced to bring the construction of his Malibu beach house to a halt after he lost deals with major brands in the wake of his controversies.
The Sun claimed that the renovations of the pad, which Ye bought the beachfront pad in September 2021 for a whopping $57 million, are nowhere near finished. It was allegedly on hold as the Yeezy designer works out his finances.
Sources additionally said that Ye had to temporarily pull construction plans on his dream home in order to keep up appearances. “Ye has mostly been living at the Waldorf for the past month with [Juliana Nalu, his new model girlfriend],” an insider spilled. The penthouses reportedly range from $1,204 to $4,018 per night.
The insider went on to say, “He’s having to sort his finances out so renovation work at his Malibu place is on hold at the moment.” It was also said that’s not Ye’s only property that needs updating as the source added, “His house near Kim’s also needs renovating, and he wanted a change of scenery after months at Soho Warehouse Downtown.”
As for his relationship with Juliana, the source insinuated that the model helped the former husband of Kim Kardashian go through his controversy. “Ye is doing well despite everything going on. He’s spending quality time with Juliana, it’s not serious but they are having a lot of fun,” the informant spilled.
“He’s coping with the scandal through spiritual guidance and staying busy with creative projects, including new Yeezy designs and directing Juliana’s modeling shoots,” the source went on saying. “His team has changed a lot in recent weeks, some security and assistants no longer work for him, and he has no PR, but he’s trying to figure things out.”
The “Donda” artist still also has people who support him amid the scandal. “He still has a lot of support from friends and family and is just staying low-key for now hanging with the likes of Justin Laboy,” the informant added.
