Marnie Simpson celebrates birthday on boozy London night out with Holly Hagan and Sophie Kasaei

Reality star Marnie Simpson celebrated her first birthday as a mum in true Geordie Shore style – with a boozy night out.

The new mum, who turned 28 on 17 January 2019, dressed up in a stunning white off-the-shoulder jumpsuit and headed out with her boyfriend Casey Johnson to meet up with Holly Hagan, Sophie Kasaei and some other friends for a fun night out in London.

Marine, who documented her big night out on her Instagram story, and her friends went to popular ball pit bar Ballie Ballerson where they were treated to table service with bar staff bringing them large bottle of Ciroc vodka while holding sparklers.

The girls then headed into the neon glowing ball pit where they filmed one another dancing and having fun.

Sophie, 30, shared a Boomerang video of Marnie falling backwards into the ball pit with baby daddy Casey stood behind her on her Instagram story which the birthday girl later reposted.

After some fun in the ball pit, the group then went back upstairs where Marnie was treated to a birthday cake with more sparklers on at her drinks table.

Then, after a quick toilet groups selfie – where the Geordie Shore girls showed off their matching jelly shoes in, Marnie and the gang headed to a Karaoke bar for a good sing song.

During the karaoke session, Marnie’s former The X Factor beau, Casey, who is a former member of Union J, showed off his singing skills as he belted out Broken Strings by James Morrison, which then turned into a duet with Holly.

As the night wore on, Marnie filmed more of her friends karaoke performances, which ended in everyone singing along to the songs towards the end of the night.

Then, the morning after the night before, Marnie shared a photo of herself with her hand placed on her head as she admitted to feeling a bit worse for wear.

Speaking to OK! magazine in November, the reality star revealed she lost two pints of blood and needed two transfusions during her 28 hour labour.

She said: “I got to 7cm and then I had an epidural, but it slowed things down as my body seemed to relax. Getting to 7cm without an epidural was traumatic. It felt like I was pushing so hard my head was going to explode but nothing was happening. It was soul-destroying.

“My original birth plan was to go drug-free and get in the birthing pool, so it’s actually laughable because I was screaming for the drugs. I was like: ‘Get me an epidural now!’”
