Both styles offer up a tri-color blend of leathers on their uppers, one based around standard white and gray shades spread across toeboxes, midfoot overlays, heels and collars. All these pieces accent mudguards and Swooshes done up in a “Dark Teal Green” tone that wouldn’t look out of place on a Ken Griffey Jr. signature sneaker or an ultra-dark “Obsidian” hue that’s somewhere between navy blue and black. Both also feature corresponding Nike Sportswear hits on the fabric tongue tags and embroidered heel badges as well, and are completed by way of white midsoles, bold heel Air Max units and tri-color outsoles.
The Nike Air Max 1 “Dark Teal Green” and “Obsidian” are both set to release via Nike SNKRS Korea on January 8, then will likely hit global stockists shortly thereafter. The MSRP for each is set at $150 USD.
