I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! winner Jacqueline Jossa has opened up on her new fitness regime which she stresses “isn’t about losing weight”.
The mum-of-two took to Instagram to share a series of stunning snaps of herself in exercise gear; a multi-coloured patterned bra top and a pair of teal leggings as Jacqueline flaunted her figure.
Her hair was worn long and sleek and she had on a full face of makeup.

Although, perhaps too glamorous to actually exercise in her get up, the star announced the details of her new work out journey in the caption.
Firstly the star made a disclaimer, stating: “No I am not doing a fitness DVD,” alongside a laughing face emoji.
She then explain that with the help of a protein company she plans to go at her “own pace”, revealing: "I am working with @arlaprotein doing 20 work outs over 20 days!!
"Guys they are super doable and easy to follow.

The former EastEnders star, who is frequently steeped with praise online owing to her realistic and honest approach to body positivity, then went on to say: ”Want you all to know you can do it, if I did!!
“This isn’t about losing weight or getting the perfect body, but listen, we are getting moving and exercise is SO IMPORTANT, I have neglected working out so this is giving me a push!!
"I watched and followed the work out this morning and Mia even joined in too. #20for20challenge#adventure. Love you guys."
Jac has also been following a healthy meal plan, to compliment her exercise. A few weeks ago, she shared one of her dinners on Instagram Stories, and suggested she had been working out.
She told followers: “All will be revealed but… just know that I am seriously dead. And now, I’m tucking into some peri-peri salmon with broccoli and honestly, it’s stunning. It’s really stunning.”

The company that has been providing Jac’s meals, The Lions Prep, told New! Magazine she’s been following a mixture of its two plans – the Weight Loss plan and the Healthy Balanced Meals plan.
“The Weight Loss plan is on average 350 calories per meal, and the Healthy Balanced Meals plan is 500 calories. Without snacks, the average calories a day is about 1,200,” a spokesman explained.
