Mum takes bikini pics exactly 2 years apart to show how her body has changed

A lot of mums find that their bodies changed after they've had a baby.

And social media star Brianna has proof hers has in two pictures taken exactly two years apart.

The body positive influencer, who boasts 23,900 followers on Instagram, took a photo of herself in swimwear at the exact same spot years apart in a bid to 'normalise normal bodies'.

In the photo on the left-hand side, Brianna is slightly slimmer as she rocks a black bandeau bikini and shoulder-length locks. Meanwhile her son is seen looking cautiously at the water.

While in the right-hand photo, the brunette rocks a curvier bum and thighs while her son happily plays in the water.

Captioning the post, Briana, who is often praised for her 'real' photos, wrote: "Same exact spot 2 years apart. I look at these pictures and I notice the changes.

"I notice my body shape has changed. Some days seeing the changes is hard. Some days it’s a breeze. But everyday I know change is inevitable if I’m living all the seasons of my life fully.

"But then I look past my body. That’s my little boy. Would he look at these and notice my body is different? No, probably not. He’d notice me playing with him.

"So much has changed in the last two years, for both us us, so much growth… why would I expect us to look the same?

"Both pictures are of a mom and a son living life. Both pictures prove your body is just a vessel. Like the phone case that holds your phone.

"Sometimes you have to look at the bigger picture to remember WHY change is okay. #normalizenormalbodies #motherhoodthroughinstagram."

Fans were quick to support the influencer on the post, as it racked up hundreds of likes.

One exclaimed: "Thanks for this," as another gushed: "Both pictures prove you look amazing in both body shapes."

Meanwhile a third chimed in: "Please keep this up."
