FRANKIE Dettori and Tony Bellew are not the only new arrivals in camp as the weekend’s downpour has brought in an invasion of leeches.
Sam Thompson and Nick Pickard have both been besieged by the blood-sucking critters, brought into camp after last week’s bonkers weather.
Monster storms hit camp alongside blistering temperatures, making for perfect conditions for the leeches to swarm camp.
Now the celebrities have been warned to stay vigilant as they make their way around camp.
A source said: “Sam had a leech attach itself to his foot and Nick had one on his hand – the rain has brought them all out.
“Production has told the celebs to take extra care and be vigilant.

“Whilst leeches fall off naturally once they’ve drunk their fill, if the celebs are feeling weak, tired and hungry anyway it’s far from ideal.
“There’s also the risk that the leeches’ entry site can become infected so it’s a big issue.”
It comes as a number of snakes have been removed by experts in recent days, with I'm A Celebrity’s Health and Safety Officer Jeremy Douglas admitting the weather has seen more than ever in camp.
He said: “We have had a lot of snakes on the site this year, possibly because it has been so humid.

“We have had pythons, and non-venomous and venomous species.
“You get small eyed snakes and brown tree snakes predominantly.”
Executive producer Laura Woolf added: “We've had 15 snake sightings across the site and then we've had to identify some venomous ones in camp.
“It gets worse when the celebs come in because they leave food everywhere. It's like they don't realise they're living in a jungle!”
Former I'm A Celebrity: Extra Camp presenter Joe Swash once revealed how the jungle waterhole becomes over-run with creepy-crawlies, saying: “It's got leeches everywhere in the water."
Ex-contestants Kim Woodburn and Nicola McLean have both had run-ins with leeches in the past.
Nicola was horrified when one of the bloodsuckers clamped itself onto her boob in the camp.
