Carol Vorderman, 60, showcased her toned physique as she shared her daily workout regime. The former Countdown presenter, who has won Rear of The Year on two occasions, revealed she has been keeping up with her daily walks and weight sessions.
In view of her 456,000 Twitter followers, Carol uploaded a video where she warned fans she would continue to post her “side butt” videos.
The TV personality looked fresh-faced sporting minimal makeup.
The BBC Radio Wales presenter rocked her long brunette tresses down over her shoulders.
Carol wore a pair of figure-hugging leggings which she teamed with a long-sleeved top, which highlighted her trim figure.
She said: “So I’m going to be very annoying doing side butt videos all week.
“I’ve been doing lots of walking. I did 10 miles yesterday and lots of weights.”
“Look, I’ve got biceps now,” the mathematician mused, as she panned the camera to showcase her arm muscles.
Carol said: “You see that? It’s sort of coming.
“Anyway, I’m on my juicing but I can’t resist showing you this. Coffee and butter. It’s amazing,” as she took a sip of the hot beverage.
The TV star credited her weight exercises and her daily caffeine for keeping her figure in tip-top shape.
It has been claimed by fitness gurus that coffee and butter can assist people in getting lean.
She then panned the camera down towards her breakfast bar, displaying her washboard abs.
